How We Use AI in Summit County Real Estate (and What We Never Let It Do)
Selling Sunset makes it look like realtors just tour pretty houses and take phone calls. That part is real, but it’s the fun part. In this episode of Mountain…
Licensed civil engineer
A licensed civil engineer and real estate investor who moved her family to Frisco in 2020 — bringing a problem-solver's eye to every property and contract.

My family and I moved to the mountains from Denver when my kids were three and one. I had written on my goal sheet to teach my kids to ski without having to drive on I-70 — and then Covid hit, and we started house hunting. When we moved, I told my husband Narendra I would give it a year, with the option to move back to Denver. After six months we fell in love with Frisco.
We love a lifestyle where hiking, biking, and skiing are right outside our door. But more importantly, we love the small community and raising our kids where others share the same values.
My foray into real estate began with the purchase of my grandmother's home, where I first ventured into house hacking. I expanded my portfolio by acquiring additional properties and saw the long-term potential of real estate as an investment.
My first pregnancy led me to get my real estate license; during my second, I decided to flip a house in Denver — during a pandemic. I learned a lot along the way. I've taken risks and learned hard lessons from buying rentals, screening tenants, setting short-term rental prices, and renovating to sell. I bring both the rewarding and the hard lessons to clients considering real estate investments.
I've guided dozens of clients throughout the entire state of Colorado toward achieving their real estate goals. Since moving to Summit County, I have joined The Amy Nakos Group with Amy and Jennifer, where together we bring much more to our clients.
I am a licensed civil engineer focused on transportation engineering and planning. I serve on the Summit Stage Transit Board and the Town of Frisco Planning Commission. My husband and I also run a non-profit, Day by De, supporting businesses in Zambia.
As a local, I have in-depth market knowledge to guide you. Our team stays on top of continuously evolving short-term rental regulations and can help you decide on the type of property, rental strategy, and location that fit you best.
Outside of work I practice yoga (I hold a 200-hour teaching certification), hike, bike, paddle board, ski, snowboard, read, and travel.

Working with Candice was a dream! Our situation got a little sticky when we changed lenders mid-contract, and she was extremely responsive and helpful. As a Frisco resident and member of the Frisco planning commission, she has a lot of insight into the local market.
Candice is an ultimate professional and her expertise, as well as the expertise of Amy, Jennifer and the entire Your Castle Summit team, were paramount in helping us close our dream house in Summit County.
Candice guided us through the complex process of both selling a hundred-year-old bungalow in Denver and purchasing new construction in Louisville, with the need for post-close occupancy in between to make the timing work. She was a steady hand in every phase.
Candice made our first-time home-buying experience a fun, seamless process! She understood what we were looking for and was able to help us understand the market at the time.
