Our standard
This website is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes keyboard-operable menus and forms, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, descriptive image text, labeled form fields with clear error messages, and respect for your device's reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
Some features come from third-party providers and are outside our direct control:
- MLS property search is provided by Summit MLS through the Matrix IDX system and displayed in an embedded frame.
- Embedded maps, podcasts, videos, and the home-valuation tool are provided by their respective services.
- Older articles and market reports sometimes include charts or screenshots; where a chart's data isn't described in the text, we're glad to walk you through it.
If any of these don't work for you, we will gladly help by phone or email — including running property searches for you.
