Privacy Policy

The Amy Nakos Group ("we," "us," or "our") is a team of real estate brokers affiliated with Your Castle Summit LLC, serving Summit County, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Inquiry forms. When you contact us through a form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, your message, the topic you choose, and — for seller or valuation requests — an optional property address. We also record the page you submitted from, the time, and any campaign parameters in the page address (for example, utm_source), so we know how you found us.

Newsletter signups. Our monthly newsletter is delivered by Campaign Monitor. When you subscribe, your name and email go directly to Campaign Monitor, which manages confirmation and unsubscribe requests. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Client transactions. When we represent you as a buyer, seller, or investor, we handle additional information needed to complete a real estate transaction. That information is handled under applicable law and Colorado real estate licensing requirements, separate from this website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services, send the newsletter you requested, keep required business records, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores inquiry form submissions in a database so that no inquiry is lost if an email notification fails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated spam; it may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics for that purpose.
Email delivery — inquiry notifications are emailed to our team.
Campaign Monitor — newsletter subscriptions and delivery.
Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregated measurement of how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referring sites, device type). Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Embedded services load only on the pages that use them and are governed by their providers' policies: the MLS property search (Summit MLS / Matrix), YouTube videos (loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click play), podcast and map embeds, and the home-valuation tool provided by Your Castle Real Estate.

We may also share information with transaction parties (such as lenders, title companies, and other agents) when you ask us to, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they become part of a client transaction record that we must retain longer under Colorado real estate rules. Newsletter records are kept by Campaign Monitor until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through this website, or to stop contacting you, by emailing group@amynakos.com or calling 970-620-8554. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

This website itself does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Google Analytics and some embedded third-party services (such as the MLS search or videos after you press play) may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
