Real Estate in Frisco, CO

A historic mining town with a quaint Main Street, free bus connections to Breckenridge and Copper, and a central location that keeps it popular with full-time residents and second-home owners alike.

Like Breckenridge, Frisco began as a mining town, and it has a quaint Main Street with shopping and restaurants. From Main Street there is free bus access directly to both Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Although it is not next to a ski area, Frisco has remained very popular because of its central location within the county and its reputation for being less big and busy than Breckenridge.

Candice lives in Frisco and serves on the Town of Frisco Planning Commission, so our team follows local planning and housing conversations closely.

What you can buy here

  • Condos and townhomes on and around Main Street — the most sought-after Frisco product for walkability.
  • Single-family homes in neighborhoods north and south of Main Street, many with views of the Tenmile Range and Lake Dillon.
  • New construction, when available — search our articles for recent projects.

Short-term rentals in Frisco

Frisco allows short-term rentals with a town license and caps the total number of licenses at 25% of the housing stock, with a waitlist. Compliance is monitored, and condo HOAs often add their own restrictions. Frisco is small — when neighbors get annoyed, enforcement is real. Before buying with rental income in mind, confirm license availability for the specific property; see the Town of Frisco STR program and our short-term rental guide.

Is Frisco right for you?

Frisco suits buyers who want a real town to live in, quick access to several ski areas (Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin are all within a short drive), and summer life on Lake Dillon. Ask us about Frisco — it's our home.
