Frisco Home Staging Reveal – Before + After Photo Gallery

The owners of this single family home in Frisco, CO wanted to make sure to get the best price for the sale of their home. But that is what every Seller wants right? In the last six months, my team and I have added a new service to our listings – STAGING! Now, we don’t have a warehouse full of furniture, but we do have some really awesome accent pieces and decor that help make a property feel fresh and loved.

The home was in great condition, but let’s face it, it showed kind of vanilla. We were able to bring in bedding, pillows, accent pieces, and lots of green plants to freshen up the space and make it feel warm and complete.

Take a look at the before/after photos to see how our team used their design expertise to brighten up this home and stage it well. This house went under contract within just THREE days after multiple offers and a bidding war for well over list price.

Contact me today if you are interested in selling your mountain home and having it staged professionally to sell well.
